Production & Applied Technology.

With the title for the 2017 National Conference 'Production & Applied Technology', the conference will focus on how advanced technology can be applied to winemaking production to increase efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce both waste and the cost of goods. Thomas Leclerc, the Managing Director at Vivelys Asia Pacific, will present the keynote speech, "Production and Applied Technology".

Micro-oxygenation was invented in the late 80s by Patrick Ducournau, a winemaker from south-eastern France and the founder of Vivelys. It started as a major technological innovation, but 20 years later it is still not widely-used in winemaking.
